Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to join the Oxford or Reading team. You will lead the technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid working setup.

You will design highway and drainage schemes, coordinate with clients and authorities, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget targets while supporting growth of the Civil Infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure in a consultancy.
• Strong design and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery and approval of civil infrastructure projects.
• Produce and review highway and drainage designs to a high standard.
• Deliver projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians and support team growth.
