Job summary

Stantec in London is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our established team and lead a range of development and infrastructure projects. You will win new work, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver high-quality design outputs across residential, land, commercial and urban regeneration schemes.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to guide strategy, manage delivery to programme and budget, and contribute to business growth through client engagement and bid support.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Chartered status with ICE/alternative professional recognition is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management, mentoring and support to team members.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality outputs across projects.
• Support recruitment, development and performance management.
• Contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Lead projects or provide technical input to multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
