Alexander Associates in Norwich is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to lead civil design across infrastructure and development projects, with a focus on drainage, highways and earthworks.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage delivery and quality, review technical outputs, and help shape the team's standards and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Extensive consultancy experience in civil design.
• Proficient in drainage, highways and earthworks.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and drainage modelling tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Chartered status preferred (CEng/MICE).
