Qualifications

• MRICS chartered Building Surveyor with senior experience.
• Experience delivering refurbishment, alteration and maintenance projects.
• Strong client relationships and consultancy background.
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion within JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Project management of refurbishment and redevelopment schemes.
• Contract administration.
• Preparation of specifications and tender packages.
• Tendering and procurement.
• Project monitoring and site inspections.
• Contractor management.
• Defect diagnosis and technical advice.
• Planned maintenance and major works.
• Technical due diligence and building surveys.
