Job summary

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join a successful property consultancy in Bedfordshire. This is a highly project-focused role offering the opportunity to take a senior position within the Building Surveying team and lead the delivery of a varied portfolio of refurbishment, alteration and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification required.
• Strong project-focused building surveying background.
• Experience in consultancy.
• Proven track record from inception to completion.
• Strong contract administration and JCT knowledge.
• Excellent technical and specification-writing skills.
• Confident managing clients, contractors and consultants.
• Commercially aware with leadership and business development experience.
