Job summary

An Associate Building Surveyor role in Glasgow with a leading global consultancy. You will lead project delivery, manage client relationships and contribute to professional and project surveying across commercial, public sector, education, healthcare and industrial clients.

You will mentor junior surveyors, support business development and help grow the Glasgow office, while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking team with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional and project surveying services.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior surveyors.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and delivering work.

A leading global consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join its growing Glasgow team. Your New Role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work across a broad range of professional and project surveying instructions, including contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology. You will also contribute to business development activities and help drive the continued growth of the Glasgow office.
