Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor for our Glasgow office. You will gain hands-on experience across building surveys, inspections and reports, with structured APC support to help you achieve MRICS chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
• Ideally some relevant industry or placement experience.
• Strong interest in pursuing MRICS Chartership.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with building surveys and inspections.
• Supporting defect diagnosis and remedial advice.
• Preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Assisting with technical due diligence and planned maintenance work.
• Attending site inspections and surveys.
• Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals.
