Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its leadership team in Manchester. You will lead project delivery across all RIBA stages, shape strategic direction, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will be ARB/RIBA registered with 5+ years PQE, demonstrate strong design and technical skills, and actively contribute to business development, tender submissions, and framework opportunities

A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware architect looking to play a key role in practice growth, client development, and the delivery of high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the strategic direction of the business while leading projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring a talented multidisciplinary team.

As an Associate Architect, you will:

To be considered for this Associate Architect role you should have:

• ARB/RIBA Registered Architect - Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
• Strong design, technical, and project management capabilities.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, budgets, and project teams.
• Commercial awareness, including fee proposals and business development activities.
• Experience contributing to framework and tender submissions.
• Multi-sector project experience - Commercial, Education, Residential and similar sectors.
