Job summary

Fever is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a high-footfall Bristol VR venue to keep the immersive experience running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Event Manager to support the visitor journey, staff, and all technical operations.

The role requires a proactive candidate who can cover for the Event Manager during absences, manage front-of-house teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and technically confident with hands-on mindset.
• Able to cover for the Event Manager with short-notice decisions.
• Evenings, weekends and public holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily setup and shutdown of the VR experience; ensure systems are operational.
• Carry out pre-opening checks and calibrations; test content with the Event Manager.
• Troubleshoot on-site IT issues; escalate to partners when needed.
