Job summary

Otley Garden Centre is looking for enthusiastic VR Assistants to join the Christmas Team for a festive, family-friendly attraction. No prior VR experience is required; full training and a simple operating guide will be provided so you can confidently run the attraction and handle basic issues.

As a VR Assistant, you will welcome guests, guide them through the experience, operate the ride, and ensure safety and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident individuals.
• Comfortable using technology and following simple operating procedures.
• Able to remain calm and think logically when dealing with minor issues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and introduce them to the VR experience.
• Help guests get settled and ready for their festive adventure.
• Operate the attraction, including safely starting and stopping each ride.
• Monitor sessions to ensure the experience runs smoothly and on time.
• Follow simple operating procedures to keep the attraction running efficiently.
• Assist guests with any questions and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Help create magical memories and spread plenty of Christmas cheer.
