Job summary

Gravity Recruit is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for a Camberwell venue. You will support the Venue Manager daily, step in during their absence, and liaise with area management to maintain high standards. Strong customer service and leadership are essential for success in a seven-day operation.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in customer service and ideally 1 year in a supervisory role. A strong ambassador for the brand with punctuality and reliability is expected.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Minimum 3 years in customer service.
At least 1 year in a supervisor or management role preferred.
Reliable, on-time and presentable with strong brand ambassador skills.

Responsibilities

Liaising with Area Management to meet KPIs in the absence of the Venue Manager.
Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
Encourage and drive business day-to-day, including peak times and tournaments.
Key holder duties such as opening or closing a venue.
Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day operations and promotions.
