Job summary

Gravity Recruit is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager in Northwich to support day-to-day venue operations. You will act as venue manager in absence, maintain KPIs, supervise staff, and promote offers during peak times. Excellent customer service with 3+ years experience and supervisory exposure preferred. Flexible 7-day operation.

Salary £28,875 plus bonus and benefits; shift pattern five days across seven. Benefits include pension, life insurance, health and wellbeing programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisor or management role preferred.
• Able to take on venue-manager duties in absence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to meet KPIs in absence of Venue Manager.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business during peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote offers and events.
