Job Description

The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for:

1. Assisting the Group Treasurer with financing execution
2. Managing all covenant and debt reporting
3. Handling interest rate recalculations on the debt
4. Working with advisers, banks, and lawyers on transactions
5. Overseeing the end-to-end debt process in an assisting capacity
6. Liaising with the finance team to ensure business objectives are met
7. Embedding best practices around debt covenants and processes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Assistant Treasurer will have:

1. Exceptional experience managing a complex debt portfolio
2. Comfortable managing covenant and compliance requirements for debt
3. Experience in debt reporting
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills
