Aureos is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the Group Function from our Head Office in Farringdon, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to manage the day-to-day cash position and alleviate workload pressure.
- Lead a strategic review of the Treasury function, identifying inefficiencies, embedding best practices, and proposing improvements to support growth and maturity.
- Drive process improvements by streamlining manual operations and implementing scalable solutions.
- Support key Treasury projects, including refinancing focused on receivables, and manage group-wide facilities for foreign exchange, investments, credit cards, and other financial instruments.
- Collaborate with the CFO to shape and deliver the broader Treasury strategy aligned with the company's medium-to-long-term objectives.
- Provide insights and guidance to inform the team’s future goals and operational approach.
- Lead and coordinate short- and long-term cash flow forecasting across the group, incorporating input from all business units.
- Ensure treasury procedures and processes comply with internal financial policies across the group.
- Oversee the migration of subsidiary banking operations to the group's preferred banking partner, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining operational cash management.
- Manage the opening and closing of corporate bank accounts as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in senior Treasury roles.
- Strong background in process improvement and best practice implementation.
- Hands-on experience with refinancing, especially receivables-based structures.
- Ability to work closely with CFOs and senior leadership on strategy.
- Experience in Private Equity-backed businesses is highly preferred.
- Comfortable managing day-to-day operations and mentoring junior team members.
