Job description

Aureos is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the Group Function from our Head Office in Farringdon, London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands-on support to manage the day-to-day cash position and alleviate workload pressure.
2. Lead a strategic review of the Treasury function, identifying inefficiencies, embedding best practices, and proposing improvements to support growth and maturity.
3. Drive process improvements by streamlining manual operations and implementing scalable solutions.
4. Support key Treasury projects, including refinancing focused on receivables, and manage group-wide facilities for foreign exchange, investments, credit cards, and other financial instruments.
5. Collaborate with the CFO to shape and deliver the broader Treasury strategy aligned with the company's medium-to-long-term objectives.
6. Provide insights and guidance to inform the team’s future goals and operational approach.
7. Lead and coordinate short- and long-term cash flow forecasting across the group, incorporating input from all business units.
8. Ensure treasury procedures and processes comply with internal financial policies across the group.
9. Oversee the migration of subsidiary banking operations to the group's preferred banking partner, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining operational cash management.
10. Manage the opening and closing of corporate bank accounts as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in senior Treasury roles.
• Strong background in process improvement and best practice implementation.
• Hands-on experience with refinancing, especially receivables-based structures.
• Ability to work closely with CFOs and senior leadership on strategy.
• Experience in Private Equity-backed businesses is highly preferred.
• Comfortable managing day-to-day operations and mentoring junior team members.
