Job summary

Oakleigh Park in London (N20 and N12) is seeking an Assistant Swimming Coordinator/Teacher, full or part time, up to £31,000 per annum. The family-run business operates two close-by sites and has offered swimming lessons since 1975.

You will work with the full-time team to deliver a large swim programme, teaching all ages, plus aerobics and scuba, alongside the dry side and our Approved Training Centre courses for teacher, lifeguard and first aid qualifications.

Our client is a family-run business and was established in 1975. They are well known in the area for their swimming lessons and, over the years, have added to what we offer to the local area.

The company has two sites which are within 10 minutes of each other. The team prides itself on never having to close the pools unless necessary or told to do so for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

• You must be within an hour’s commute

What will your role look like?

Working with the full-time team to help deliver a large swim programme and activities, which includes swimming teaching for all ages, aerobics, and scuba. This will be alongside the dry side, which includes soft play and the company’s own Approved Training Centre courses, which deliver teacher, lifeguard and first aid courses.
