Job summary

Bridgewell, our new supported living service, is seeking Assistant Support Workers to provide compassionate, personalised care for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with personal care, daily tasks, and community activities, helping residents build confidence and stay safe.

A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required, with a £52.78 allowance per sleep-in. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, and 2pm-10pm; driving a licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (manual) required.
• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
• Sleep-in requirement: at least one per week with additional allowance.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and daily tasks.
• Assist with medication as required.
• Support community activities and encourage independence.
• Help residents stay safe in unexpected situations.

We are looking for Assistant Support Worker's who bring kindness, reliability and a calm, positive approach. You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations. We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
