Responsibilities

Job description

A) Design and Development Stage

1. Design and develop ACMV system and prepare shop drawing for Client’sapproval.

2. ACMVsystem calculation:

a. Pressure loss calculation and Static Pressure calculation

b. Fan Selection

c. Cooling Load calculation and CMH Calculation

3. Design and develop ACMV equipment B0 electrical load calculation, shop drawing and control strategies

B) Project Execution of ACMV installation and relevant minorElectrical work

1. Attend technical and design meeting to find solution for site issues and design issues

2. Attend all the technical, Supplier and subcontractor meetings including with price negotiation.

3. Responsible to take tight scheduled project and to complete on time which may involve with night shift duties if required.

4. Act immediately to complete the task in case of any of our worker or site engineer absence by working closely with site respective managers and Engineers.

C) Tender Stage

1. Project management Skill starts from preparation of bill of quantiles and tender submission till complete the project with planned execution.

2. Arrange toget quotation from Equipment suppliers and assist tothe Director for quotation negotiation

3. The candidate needs to attend the Tenderinterview and assist to the Director for commercial negotiation meetings.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Degree/Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering / Structural / Architecture and/related discipline.

2. Experience with private or public residential/commercial projects would be advantageous.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit.

4. Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

5. Good attitude, good communications skills and good team player.

6. Min 5 years engineering experience and at least 3 years of experience in ACMV system design, supply, installation including associated minor electrical installation skills

7. Possess Driving Licence

8. Possess Certified in Occupational First Aid + Certified in CPR+AED Course.
