The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our grooming salons. You will provide high-standard pet care and demonstrate basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to train suitable candidates.
