Bensons for Beds in Lincoln is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team and drive performance on the shop floor. You will coach Sales Consultants, deliver exceptional service and help customers find products for better nights’ sleep.

You will lead with sales expertise, focus on customer experience, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
