• Develops and grows on-floor resources in coordination with Tutors and Department Heads.
• Contributes to store productivity goals established by the Store Manager.
• Identifies solutions to adjust on-floor resources to customer needs.
• Supports acquisition and development of management skills for Department Heads.
• Motivates the team in collaboration with management staff.
• Ensures training and coverage through backups to guarantee role continuity.
• Collaborates with Store Manager for effective commercial event management.
• Supervises the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Promotes learning through proactive, team and digital activities to improve efficiency.
• Encourages adoption of digital technologies in management processes and external interactions.
• Promotes sustainable development in Environment, Processes and Community.
