Footasylum in Swindon is seeking a dedicated Fashion Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role offers stepping‑stone leadership experience in a fast‑paced fashion retail environment.

You will work closely with the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences, implement store initiatives, and develop colleagues through coaching and training.

• HR: ensure fair treatment and policy compliance.
• Training and recruitment: support skill development and hiring.
• Profit and losses: manage day-to-day store expenses.
• Property: maintain store premises and facilities.
• Health and safety: enforce daily safety provisions.
• Forward planning and general duties: help lead the store forward.
