Responsibilities

• Be the right hand by working side-by-side with the Store Manager to motivate the team and maintain a welcoming store.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Support KPI tracking and help the Store Manager achieve sales and service targets.
• Deliver standout service by guiding customers through eye tests with care.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses and perform adjustments.
