Job description

Job Description:

This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.

Responsibilities may include supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, managing team performance, organising rotas, and achieving store goals such as maximising sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimising costs, and operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence.

Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about success and team development, delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Experienced people manager
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environments
  • Strong time management and operational skills
  • Motivated to achieve targets
