• Experience as a manager, team leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
• Develop and coach your team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for the shop in the absence of the shop manager and ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are processed, and shop routines are completed.
