Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to hit targets.
• Good merchandising, stock control and basic audits.
• Willingness to perform piercing services after training (optional).
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Store Manager to recruit, inspire and motivate the team.
• Drive sales through promotions, merchandising and stock control.
• Create a engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence including audits and budgets.
• Work 39 hours per week with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
