Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in leading a results-driven team. You will recruit, inspire and motivate staff to exceed targets, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain stock control.

Create a dynamic environment for customers and colleagues, while ensuring audits, budgets, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role requires a passion for customer service, strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to carry out piercing services with training provided (optional).
