Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager. You will recruit, inspire and motivate a team to exceed targets while driving sales through promotions and excellent merchandising.

You will create a fun, engaging environment for customers and colleagues and ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management. Hours per Week: 39 hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
