You will recruit, inspire and coach staff, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and manage stock, audits and budgets to ensure outstanding store performance. This full-time role requires 39 hours per week and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is required (1+ years).
• Passion for customer service and sales.

• Willingness to perform piercing services with training provided (optional).
