Oliver Bonas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bristol store. You will work with the Store Manager to boost sales, motivate the team, and deliver a great customer experience. The role is a flexible contract with a fixed number of weekly hours, and rota discussions are welcome to accommodate flexible working.

• Support managers with progress meetings and appraisals for team members.
