Job summary

Aesop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our signature space at Aesop Bicester Village. Working on-site, you will lead the team, guide customers to relevant products and support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional, inclusive experiences that drive our commercial goals.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, for a fixed term of 12 months, with opportunities for development and a focus on customer-centric leadership in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people management role within customer service.
• Proven track record of effective selling and driving commercial outcomes.
• History of leading a team and creating an inclusive work environment.
• Ability to listen, empathise and communicate clearly.
• Strong merchandising skills and product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the store team to deepen product experience.
• Provide operational, administrative and leadership support on-site.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive commercial success and customer satisfaction.
• Work full-time, 40 hours per week, including some weekend shifts, in a fixed-term role.
