Aesop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our signature space at Aesop Bicester Village. Working full-time on-site, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain Aesop's impeccable standards.

You will develop transferable people management skills, build external relationships and influence a high-performing team in a busy retail location, including weekend work and on-site operations for a 12-month

Qualifications

• Experience in a people management role within a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of selling skills and driving commercial outcomes.
• History of leading a team and creating an inclusive, psychologically safe work environment.
• Demonstrated empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
• Open mindset and curiosity to understand others and diverse perspectives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.
• Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
