Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager and keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. You’ll drive standards, develop your team, and manage day-to-day store operations to deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll contribute to budgets, rota planning and payroll, while championing a positive, high-performance store culture. This role offers training and development within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Store standards - alongside the Branch Manager, you'll ensure smooth operations from front of house to the warehouse.
• Inspire your team by leading by example and delivering a great customer experience.
• Store management including budgets, rotas and payroll, P&L analysis, stock and profitability improvements.
