Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to help run busy stores and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to maintain store standards, manage staff rosters, and monitor P&L performance while driving sales and stock control. This role supports part‑time applicants with flexible patterns and strong training opportunities.

• Store standards – alongside the retail Branch Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operation from front of house to the warehouse.
• Inspire your team – be hands on and lead by example to deliver a great customer experience.
• Store management – budgets, rosters and payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profit improvements.
