Qualifications

• Front-line retail or hospitality experience.
• Some supervisory/team lead experience.
• IT literate with cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Supervise volunteers and support front-of-house activities.
• Ensure stock is priced and displayed per guidelines.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
