Bravissimo in Bromley is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a brand-new store. This full-time role supports the Shop Manager, helps recruit and develop the team, and delivers Bravissimo’s exceptional customer experience from day one.

Training and base location will initially be at one of our London shops; you will plan and drive commercial performance, ensuring excellent service and embody Bravissimo values in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shop team to deliver Bravissimo’s customer experience.
