We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our homestore team in Ilford. This role involves supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, inspiring staff and volunteers, and contributing to store success through customer service, achieving targets, visual merchandising, and more.
Our stores operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays. The role is for 37.5 hours per week.
This position can be physically demanding due to collections, deliveries, and donations but is rewarding as it supports lifesaving research.
