Job Responsibilities

• Maximize turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
• Provide team members with tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives
• Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock according to Head Office directives
• Monitor current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitors
• Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
• Drive and deliver KPIs
• Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities
