PPG's Norwich Johnstone’s Decorating Centre is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our customer-focused team. This permanent, full-time role involves serving customers at the trade counter and in-store, helping them select products and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing environment is desirable.
• Good communications skills with a positive customer focussed attitude.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Flexibility towards working hours and duties.
• Driving license is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Undertake all required training to confidently select the correct product for customers’ needs and to promote our brand.
• Ensure the store always looks well-presented and clean.
• Follow stock management procedures by taking in deliveries and keeping the shelves full.
