Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and run the store across seven days. You will help deliver an excellent customer journey, supervise staff and volunteers, and maximise sales through physical and digital channels.

You will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, contributing to recruitment and development, and delivering within campaigns. DBS check may apply and sponsorship is unlikely for this role.

• Assist with recruitment and development of volunteers and support campaign activities.
