Assistant Manager H. Samuel Isle of Man
As Assistant Store Manager here at H. Samuel in Isle of Man you'll join the team in a store within the local area.
You support our Store Manager in achieving the store's targets through promoting the sales culture in-store, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You should be passionate about role modeling your selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through great leadership and adopting a proactive approach to sales management.
You will run the store when the Store Manager is not present and will be required to plan, adjust priorities, and organize activities regularly.
As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture, and customers. Our store team members are encouraged to showcase their unique personalities with a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that celebrates tattoos, piercings, and individual style!
