We are seeking an Assistant Manager on a temporary basis to join our Spennymoor team. You will work with the Store Manager to foster a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that achieves great results and is a great place to work.

Your responsibilities include motivating the team, engaging with customers, and working towards the store’s sales targets. As a community retailer, you will actively encourage engagement with the local area to drive results.

Ideal candidates will have management retail experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, including team management and engagement, is essential.
