As Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work using their own initiative. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision of personnel within a retail outlet.

As Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Helping drive sales through your team
  2. Managing the day-to-day operation of the store while ensuring costs are within targets
  3. Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales
  4. Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
  5. Managing, coaching, and motivating the team to meet targets and leading by example
