Job description

This role involves supporting the operation of a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse team.

Responsibilities may include assisting the Store Manager with deliveries, ordering, and customer queries, as well as managing team performance and organising rotas. You will also focus on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's role when necessary.

Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45-hour workweek. Aldi offers 32, 36, and 40-hour contracts, with salaries pro-rated accordingly.
