Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Norwich to lead a high-performing luxury retail team. You will coach and empower staff, model exceptional customer service, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

With 1–2 years in luxury retail, you’ll cultivate a positive team culture, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to recruitment and development efforts while delivering an outstanding brand experience.

About The Job

About You

• Responsible and able to take ownership
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
