  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  6. Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  7. Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
  8. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  9. Offer feedback and coaching to colleagues to enhance performance.
  10. Help maintain colleague schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
Role objectives and KPIs:
  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
  2. Drive additional KPIs including units, conversion, ATV, and UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
  6. Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
  7. Maintain employee satisfaction and engagement survey results at or above company benchmarks.
  8. Assist in keeping operational costs within the allocated budget.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
  2. Passionate about retail with a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
  3. Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
  4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Experience in analyzing KPI data to make commercial decisions.
  6. Keen eye for detail and commerciality; experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
  7. Ability to promote JD Group values to internal and external stakeholders.
