To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Understanding your market, knowing the competition, and identifying opportunities to drive store profitability are key. You’ll also be an ambassador for our partner networks, ensuring they feel they belong.

  • Executing store operations through your team, covering opening, closing, and weekends.
  • Analyzing data and observations to improve customer experience and store performance.
  • Using forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor and recruit talented partners.
  • Rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results.
  • Supporting partner growth through coaching and development.
  • Setting goals to drive engagement and performance.
