Are you passionate about the great outdoors and ready to help lead a motivated team? Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, the UK’s premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts, is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the launch of our new store on Queens Road in Clifton, Bristol.

What You’ll Do

1. Operational Support: Assist with key processes such as inventory, stock audits, and banking.
2. Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts.
3. Premium Customer Service: Act as a role model by delivering exceptional service and helping customers find their perfect gear.
4. Sales & Visual Excellence: Support seasonal promotions and ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards.
5. Stand-In Leadership: Take charge of the team and store in the Store Manager’s absence.
