Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our busy stores in the United Kingdom. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and ensure every customer receives expert service while maintaining store standards.

We offer a starting salary of £27,000 with a potential yearly bonus up to £2,000, plus generous staff discounts and ongoing development opportunities.

What you'll be doing
