Zachary Daniels is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Store Manager for a premium brand in Cardiff city centre. You’ll lead by example, inspire a team and deliver a personalised, high-energy customer experience on the shop floor.

You’ll drive sales and KPIs, manage stock, merchandising and store operations, and build lasting client relationships. The role offers up to £35,000 plus bonus and commission, product allowance and discount, and clear progression opportunities.

We're on the hunt for a passionate, commercially driven and hands on Manager to lead a fantastic team in Cardiff.

This is your chance to bring energy, leadership and a customer focussed approached to a city centre store within an exciting premium brand, where customer experience is everything. As Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store, leading by example, inspiring and motivating your team, driving strong sales results, and making each day a success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the daily running of the store, maintaining high standards across presentation, merchandising and operations.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a personalised customer experience and supporting the team.
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability through strong leadership, coaching and commercial focus.
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Use store performance data to identify opportunities and maximise results.

What We're Looking For

• Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of KPIs, budgets, profitability and what drives store performance.
• Confident leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team while leading by example on the shop floor.
• Hands-on, organised and operationally strong, with experience of opening and closing a standalone store.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexible and willing to support other local stores when required.
• A collaborative team player who is happy to provide support and cover across the wider management team.
