Zachary Daniels is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Store Manager for a premium brand in Cardiff city centre. You’ll lead by example, inspire a team and deliver a personalised, high-energy customer experience on the shop floor.

You’ll drive sales and KPIs, manage stock, merchandising and store operations, and build lasting client relationships. The role offers up to £35,000 plus bonus and commission, product allowance and discount, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail manager with a proven track record of delivering sales results.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI, budget, profitability awareness.
• Hands-on leader who motivates and develops a team on the shop floor.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations including presentation, merchandising and standards.
• Deliver a personalised customer experience and coach the team on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and profitability through leadership, coaching and KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee stock, deliveries and inventory for strong availability and efficient operations.
• Use store data to identify opportunities and maximise results.
• Manage budgets, expenses and stock loss with a commercial focus.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are followed.
• Motivate and support the team, fostering a positive culture.
• Collaborate with the wider management team and cover when required.
